The Fine Print
Clear, fair terms that protect your event and our inventory.
Submitting an order places a request — it is not yet a reservation. We confirm availability and your final price, and on confirmation you agree to the rental policies and pay the balance (cash on delivery or pickup). Your date is secured once the booking is confirmed and the policy agreement is accepted.
No security deposit is required. An optional damage waiver (12%) covers accidental damage only — it does not cover loss, theft, missing items, or negligence.
Delivery fees and the damage waiver are non-refundable once incurred. One date change is allowed if requested 30+ days out, subject to availability.
Delivery and setup are quoted by ZIP code at confirmation; will-call pickup is available for select items. Please ensure clear, safe access to the setup area; surcharges may apply for stairs, long carries, or standby/wait time. Tents may require a site survey and permits.
You are responsible for the items from delivery/pickup until they are returned or collected. Lost, stolen, or damaged items are billed at replacement cost. Linens must be returned dry and free of food and debris to avoid replacement charges.
Renters assume responsibility for safe use of rented items and agree to indemnify Havana Event Rentals for injury or property damage arising from the rental, except where caused by our gross negligence. A Certificate of Insurance may be required by your venue.
