How many do you need?

A quick way to estimate: a 60" round table seats 8–10 guests, so divide your guest count by 8 for a comfortable layout. 6ft rectangle banquet tables seat 8 (three or four per side and one on each end), and they're easy to line up end-to-end for long family-style rows.

Don't forget non-guest tables — plan extras for the cake/dessert, gifts, guest book, DJ and catering buffet, plus a cocktail table or two for the bar and entry. When in doubt, reserve a few extra chairs; it's easier than coming up short on the day.

What areas do you deliver to?

We're based in Ontario, CA and deliver tables and chairs throughout the Inland Empire — Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Riverside, Corona, Chino, Upland and beyond — with extended delivery available across Southern California. Delivery is quoted by ZIP at confirmation.

How does booking and payment work?

You build a quote on our site and submit a reservation request — no card and no deposit required. We confirm availability and your final price, and you pay in cash on delivery or pickup.

How many tables and chairs do I need for my guest count?

Plan one 60" round table per 8–10 guests, or one 6ft banquet table per 8 guests, then add extras for cake, gifts, DJ and catering. Send us your guest count with your request and we'll confirm the right quantities.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. We deliver, set up the tables and chairs within your scheduled window, and collect everything after the event. Will-call pickup is available for select items.

Is there a security deposit?

No — there is no security deposit. An optional damage waiver is available that covers accidental damage.
